In this soundpack we offer a new effect which we are particularly proud of. During the transition to full power listen carefully and you will hear the sound of the fuel hitting the ignition chamber, just as you can in real life!

The CFM56-7 powers the Next-Generation 737(Boeing 737-600/-700/-800/-900). The CFM56-7 is rated with takeoff thrust from 18,500 to 27,300 lbf (82 kN to 121 kN).

It has higher thrusts, improved efficiency, and lower maintenance costs than its predecessor, the CFM56-3 series. It incorporates many features from the CFM56-5 series such as FADEC, double annular combustor and improved internal design. Mechanical arrangement is as in -3 series, but the fan diameter is increased to 61.0in.

The CFM56-7-powered 737 is granted 180-minute Extended-Range, Twin-Engine Operations (ETOPS) approval by the U.S. Federal Aviation Administration. It also powers the military versions of the Next-Generation 737, the C-40 Clipper, the P-8 Poseidon, and Project Wedgetail.

Leading particulars for the -7/B18 are: bypass ratio 5.5, overall pressure ratio 32.7, airflow 677lb/s, net thrust 19500lbf."

The basic fighter for most NATO countries for several decades, this aircraft deserved a place in FSX. For the last year Aerosoft has been working on a high detail model of this aircraft and now you will see the Fighting Falcon fly into the virtual world of FSX.
The F-16 Fighting Falcon is a multirole jet fighter build by General Dynamics for the US Air Force. The lightweight fighter became the ubiquities fighter as it was exported to 25 nations and a record breaking production of over 4,400 aircraft. Updated every decade it remains the basic fighter for nations worldwide. Apart from being a very serious fighter it remains about the most enjoyable aircraft to fly with the superb maneuverability and power that allows vertical climbs. Visibility is unparalleled in the frameless bubble canopy. This enjoyment remains fully intact in FSX.

The Aerosoft version includes the most used versions in the highest possible detail. With close to half a million vertices it most likely is the most detailed aircraft ever designed for FSX. The realism of this product is great that parts of the product are sold to professional users and is used in the first stages of training of pilots in 3 countries. Where other internally developed aircraft try to merge all existing models into one 'universal' model, the F-16 was designed with pure realism in mind, down to the smallest detail each of the 21 models is as the real aircraft patrols the skies. In FSX the F-16 is a joy to fly, with the controllability of a light aircraft and capable of altitudes of 50.000 feet and speeds exceeding Mach1. It is extremely agile yet easy to control (it will fly where you point the nose) it allows you to explore the environment of FSX like never before.

We are proud to present KMEM, Memphis International Airport. KMEM is not only the main hub for FedEx®, the largest airline in the world, but it is also an important hub for Northwest Airlines. Along with KMIA, KATL and KCLT, KMEM is one of the main airline hubs in the southeastern United States. Boosted primarily by steady growth of the FedEx® facility, traffic at KMEM has increased every year during the last two decades. KMEM now ranks number one in both quantity of operations and cargo handling in the World.

Our rendition of KMEM depicts the airport as it exists today. The three terminals, A, B and C, with their unique roofs and great glass enclosures have been modeled as accurately as possible. We have also depicted the three concourses with, as usual, accurately located gates and parking spots. Most recent improvements at KMEM include the new and improved runway 18R/36L that replaced the old runway 17/35. Also, the FedEx ramps now having 130+ parking positions, most for heavy aircraft including DC10s, MD10s, MD11s and A310. The first stage of a new cargo terminal and a new Air National Guard complex have recently been completed in the southeast corner of the field. Construction of a new FAA traffic control tower is currently underway. We have rendered the new structure as it will look upon completion around 2010. 

We are offering the first detailed rendering of this important airport in two versions, one for FS2004 and another FSX in two levels of detail to enhance the scenery's performance in computers with limited resources. We are also offering full compatibility with the 64-bit versions of Windows XP and Windows Vista.

FS2004 Aerosoft- Mega Airoprt Paris CD

Sim-Wings and Aerosoft present the new Mega Airport Paris Charles de Gaulle X, the largest and busiest airport of France. This is a total rebuild of the previous versions and will make the main French airport finally available for FS2004 and FSX.

Based on a up to date high resolution areal images all the buildings and objects were placed just as they are on the real airport at this moment. You will find the airport totally ready to handle the A380 with new Air France terminals and the massive new A380 hangar. The many small details and dynamic vehicle traffic make the airport come to life and you will have to really take care while taxiing around on this airport! Compared to previous releases of CDG you will not only find many new objects but the fact we had better images also make the scenery more detailed and above all more realistic. Of course Sim-Wings took great care to keep framerates as high as possible and everybody in Aerosoft was very surprised how smooth the released version is.

FSX IRIS Pro Series T-6/A Texan II

Compatibility: Flight Simulator X (SP2) & Microsoft Acceleration Expansion Pack 

The IRIS Pro Series T-6/A Texan II has been designed from the ground up based on the Joint Primary Aircraft Training System (JPATS) Student Guide CNATRA P-872 & P873 (Rev 03-04). The two documents (approximately 400 pages each!) contain a wealth of information relating to the T-6/A Texan II, it's systems and operating procedures. 

From the word go, we knew we had something special planned for the Texan II and we strongly beleive that we have provided it. The Texan II product accurately resembles the real aircraft in looks and functionality and a great deal of the systems work accurately within the limitations of Microsoft's Flight Simulator Software. 

The FSX version of the T-6/A Texan II is our first 'FSX Native' product which features self-shadowing, normal mapping and reflective bloom. Furthermore, designing the FSX version using the FSX exporter has resulted in our ability to provide much higher levels of detail in the virtual cockpit than obtained in previous products. 

The avionics are taken straight from the pages of the systems guide and as such are faithful to the real aircraft and T-6 pilots have already commented on the visual accuracy of the instrument

A brand new version of the Boeing 737-800 in the X2 Series for FSX has been rolled out. The new 800 Series version offers 4 FSX aircraft in the one package with a complex FMC (over 40 featured systems) and a full-featured FMS for professional operators. As well as a very highly-modeled and detailed flight deck, the package also features complete galley management with locking doors; operable airstairs, multiple lighting and a set of flight attendant announcements (with the option to play music while taxiing and taking off and a new AI that recognises lighting levels).
